A 10-year limited warranty on every restoration.
We stand behind our work in writing. Every restoration leaves the lab with a warranty certificate, giving the clinic and the patient documented assurance of quality against material and fabrication defects. Few labs put it on paper — we do, on every single case.
Why a written warranty matters
A warranty is more than a promise — it's a signal of how a lab works. A lab confident enough to guarantee its restorations for ten years is a lab that controls its materials, its milling and its quality checks. For the clinic, it removes risk: if a covered defect ever appears, the remake is on us. For the patient, it's reassurance that the tooth in their mouth was made to last.
Documented on every case
Each restoration is issued with a certificate that records the exact details of the work, so the warranty is always traceable:
How a claim works
It's simple. If a covered issue appears, the clinic contacts us with the certificate or model number. We assess the restoration, and where it falls within the warranty we remake or repair it quickly — no postage delays, because we're right here in Aurangabad. The goal is to keep the patient comfortable and the clinic's reputation protected.
Warranty FAQ
What does the 10-year warranty cover?+
The limited warranty covers material and fabrication defects in the restoration under normal use — for example, a manufacturing fault in the zirconia or a bonding failure that isn't caused by trauma. It gives clinics and patients written assurance of the quality of our work.
How is the warranty issued?+
Each case is issued with a warranty certificate recording the doctor, patient, shade, type of work, tooth number, model number and warranty dates — so the cover is documented, dated and traceable to the exact restoration.
How does a clinic make a claim?+
Contact us with the certificate details (or the model number) and the issue. We assess the restoration and, where it falls within the warranty, remake or repair it promptly. Because we're local, that turnaround stays short.
What is not covered?+
Damage from trauma or accident, poor oral hygiene, bruxism without a protective appliance, or modification of the restoration outside its prescribed use is not covered. Your clinician can advise on specifics per case.
