Not every case is a fixed crown. A large share of a clinic's daily lab needs are acrylic and appliance based — dentures, retainers, guards and trays. We make all of them in-house, from accurate models and prescriptions, with the same attention to fit and finish we give our ceramics.

Orthodontic appliances
We fabricate removable orthodontic appliances from your study models and prescription — Hawley retainers to maintain alignment after braces, and active plates with expansion screws or springs for interceptive treatment. Accurate models and a clear appliance design are the key to a comfortable, well-retained result.
Night guards & bleaching trays
For patients who grind or clench, a custom night guard protects both natural teeth and any crowns or veneers from wear and fracture — a smart pairing with a new restoration. We also make custom-fit bleaching trays so clinics can offer at-home whitening with a snug, comfortable tray.
Repairs, relines & additions
Denture broken or loose? We handle repairs, relines and tooth additions with quick turnaround, because a patient without their denture needs it back fast. Send the case with the prescription and we'll prioritise it.
Turnaround & warranty
Most acrylic and appliance work is ready within a few working days, with denture cases running in stages around try-in appointments. Finished work is covered by our limited warranty against fabrication defects.
